Colorado Trip

Ella, Scott, Kim, Aunt Wendy and MomMom took a great 15-day road trip to get to Grand Lake, Colorado for Alissa and Steve Simm's wedding in early August. Sites were MANY but included the Grand Canyon, Four Corners, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Arches National Monument, Capitol Reef, Grand Staircase—Escalante, Zion, Bryce and Las Vegas. Grand Lake is on the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park so we, of course, made a trip there and that is where we crossed and recrossed the Continental Divide. In Grand Lake we were joined by Michael for several days and had a visit by Suzie's brother, sister-in-law, niece and grand niece. Most of the "Cornell girls" were there and paid visits to our rental house. The primary themes (in addition to the beautiful wedding) were what you see in these pictures — horse rides and babies. FUN!!
