We
drove to Mammoth where we boarded the shuttle bus to Devil's Postpile.
We all hiked to the monument and to the top. With Ella as a leader Kevin, Chris, Tracey, and Michael hiked to Red's Meadows by way of Rainbow Falls. Scott, Kim and Suzie met took the shuttle bus to meet them. This was the day that Ella earned a Junior Ranger Badge by learning a lot about the mountains, animals, plants and conservation. We took shuttle buses back to Mammoth and then took the gondola to the top of mountain where we found snow. |
